He started his career in sales and moved into management within 4 years. He has worked for some of the largest builders in the US such as KB Home, Lennar Homes, Perry Homes, M/I Homes & Ryland Homes. He has managed sales departments, construction departments and has been in charge of a building company with multiple divisions here and overseas.      
         
The techniques he describes in his book have helped hundreds of sale associates reach their maximum potential and become top producers where ever they worked.
